During the snowy season, you will walk through Shiretoko National Park, a World Heritage Site, on snowshoes. If there is no snow, you will walk without snowshoes. You will walk through natural forests and see waterfalls and giant icicles flowing into the Sea of Okhotsk, and depending on the season, drift ice. You can mainly observe Ezo deer and wild birds. You may also see eagles, woodpeckers, and flying squirrels, which are designated as natural monuments. The Kushiro River is one of Japan's best fishing spots, home to many big fish such as rainbow trout, Japanese ito, American trout, and Yamame trout. This is a snowmobile touring tour along the Tokachi River in the Tokachigawa Onsen area. The tour begins after a lecture on how to ride and safety, and a run-in at the starting point square. Unlike in the summer, Kaminoko Pond can only be accessed on foot in the winter using snowshoes. A blue pond in a world of silver. What a strange sight.
