Stand-up paddle boarding, or "SUP," has become a very popular activity in recent years! Why not enjoy a walk on the sea while taking in the beautiful ocean and scenery that is unique to the southern part of Katsuura City? We hold "small-group classes" with a maximum of around eight people per class, and the SUP experience plan is a leisurely program that teaches the basics, from a beach lecture to standing on the board and paddling, tailored to the level of the participants. ~ Stand-up paddle (SUP) ~ It is a marine activity in which you stand on a large board and paddle while balancing. Because SUP boards have high buoyancy, people of all ages and genders can enjoy cruising, style-up exercise, fishing, and more.

In order to let you feel the exhilaration and freedom of sailing through the ocean with your whole body, we will adjust the distance and pace of your paddle so that even beginners can enjoy the experience without any stress. The tour course is a two-hour course that goes around Hashikuiiwa, a nationally designated natural monument. Beginners and families are welcome to participate. As it is a two-seater, adults and children can ride in pairs. Groups are also welcome.
