There are various rules for watching sumo training, and if you watch alone, you will often be warned by officials and wrestlers, and in the worst case, you may be forced to leave. At "Sumo Pro", we will accompany you with a guide who is familiar with sumo. In order not to make you feel uneasy, we will enter between the sumo stable and the customer, so you can watch with peace of mind. In addition, a dedicated guide will provide explanations in writing during the training. Although it is strict, you may get bored just by watching the monotonous training, but we will explain in detail what they are doing and what they are talking about. Unlike other companies, it is not a tour that just lets you watch. We have planned it with the aim of making it fun for customers to understand "sumo". Welcome to Kawaguchi, one of the first post towns on the ancient Nikko Onari Kaido highway, which once connected Edo (modern day Tokyo) with the temple and shrine-filled city of Nikko. Your guide will meet you at Shakujouji Temple, just a short walk from the station, ready to take you into a day in the life of a shogun traveling to Nikko to pay their respects at Toshogu Shrine.
