This is a course that can be enjoyed by both beginners and experienced climbers. The name of the falls means eight consecutive waterfalls and pools, and as the name suggests, there are eight waterfalls, starting from downstream: Uodome, Shoji, Karato, O-suribachi, Ko-suribachi, Byobu, Kibune, and Shichiben-gaeshi. You will climb the true core of the waterfalls, which cannot be seen from the hiking trail. This is not for beginners. You will be using your whole body to climb.

After being impressed by the art and beautiful scenery at the Miho Museum, it is a good idea to take a bike ride around the Shigaraki pottery village. Try to find your favorite pottery. We recommend taking the Shigaraki Kogen Railway on your way back. You will be seen off by the Shigaraki raccoons and the wonderful view from the train window.
