"SUP" is an abbreviation for Stand Up Paddleboard. It is a new marine sport where you stand on a special board and paddle across the water. It is gaining popularity due to its ease and as an activity that allows even people with little experience in marine sports to enjoy nature. It is a marine sport that is currently attracting attention, offering a new experience like walking on a lake.

Beach Pilates

This is a course where you can enjoy the great outdoors from Lake Biwa to the Kamo River. The instructor will take photos of you along the way!

You stand on a big surfboard and paddle forward. It's a little unstable, but it's also fun, and you can enjoy the feeling of being one with nature!
