[Example: 1 hour / 3 sets] **0:00-0:10** (10 minutes) "1st set: Sauna session" - Beginners: Enter the sauna for 8 minutes. - Experienced people: Enter the sauna for 10 minutes. - After finishing, cool down for 1-2 minutes in the Seto Inland Sea. **0:10-0:25** (15 minutes) "Rest & Hydration" - Take a 10-15 minute break in the relaxation area.
