We had an absolute blast with this experience! Matsumoto-san, which runs the farm and this experience is a wonderful teacher. The whole experience was a little longer than two hours and includes a variety of activities: harvest sugar cane, extract the juice, try the juice, make some brown sugar candy, eat banana with freshly made ice cream.
