SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is an ocean sport that originated in Hawaii where you stand on a large surfboard and paddle. It will strengthen muscles and core muscles that you don't normally use, and you can expect a good exercise effect. If you want to relax on the calm lake surface, we recommend early morning and evening, when you are more likely to encounter Mt. Fuji. (The wind is often calm in the early morning hours.) There will be no guide, but we will explain how to paddle and the equipment before departure, so even beginners will be fine. Staff are always watching, so please rest assured that in the event of an emergency, rescue boats will come to your rescue. Small children can ride with an adult.
