SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is an ocean sport that originated in Hawaii where you stand on a large surfboard and paddle. It will strengthen muscles and core muscles that you don't normally use, and you can expect a good exercise effect. If you want to relax on the calm lake surface, we recommend early morning and evening, when you are more likely to encounter Mt. Fuji. (The wind is often calm in the early morning hours.) You can also go by car, but there are a lot of people in the cars and it is difficult to enter the sea. By going by boat, you can get a panoramic view of 17 End. The beautiful view of 17 End is as beautiful as Yaebiji. If you time it right, you can look up at the plane landing from directly below!
