Hinohara Village is the only village on land in Tokyo. Deep inside the village, on a ridge well over 700m above sea level, lies the old house "Kyu Kobayashi Family Residence". Built in the mid-Edo period (more than 320 years ago), this mountain house is literally an "old house in the sky". This tour, which takes you there by mountain monorail that goes straight up a super steep slope of nearly 45 degrees, is an extremely extraordinary experience that will leave a deep impression on your memory, both geographically and historically, as well as physically. The tour meets at the Tokyo Back Mountain Base in front of JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, and includes transportation to the site by private car. *Hinohara Village has been designated as a national ecotourism promotion area, and as an exception, transportation to the ecotour site by car is permitted. (Your accompanying guide, Jinken, is a certified eco-tour guide for Hinode Village.) For lunch, you will be served at the Kobayashi Family House, with a lunchbox of light snacks (Cuban sandwiches) made specially for the Tokyo Urayama Base, and coffee brewed with water that participants themselves will have drawn from a special spring in the area. After experiencing the old mountain house, we will move on to another highlight of the day. We will stop at Kanoto Rock, a power spot known only to those in the know, and walk along the valley using chains. Here, too, you can experience a part of the local mountain worship and lifestyle culture. On the way back, we will cross a suspension bridge over the valley just beyond the Akigawa River from the village and enjoy a foot bath at a popular local hot spring. Once your feet are warm, we will head to a local cafe renovated from an old house, recommended by our guide (Jinken). We will take a break at CAFE POUND, the most popular cafe in the area, renovated from a Showa-era house by the owner himself. A private car will pick you up from the station, and you will be accompanied by a Hinode Village certified eco-tour guide. It will be a very fulfilling day where you can experience the lifestyle and culture of a mountain village. This is a premium tour with a capacity of only 6 people. (Participation is possible from one person. However, the minimum number of participants for the tour is 2 people.)

This is a tour that allows you to get a feel for Yokohama and make it a memorable trip, rather than visiting each famous spot quickly. At the time of Perry's arrival, Yokohama was a small, semi-fishing, semi-farming town of 100 households, but it has developed as a gateway to foreign countries and is now the largest city in Japan. The Minato Mirai area continues to evolve as a tourist destination, including the Red Brick Warehouse, Zou-no-hana Park, Hammerhead, and Air Cabin. As for food, there are many products that originated in Yokohama, such as bread, gyu-nabe, ice cream, and Neapolitan, and there are many shops that have been in business for over 100 years. Above all, the world's largest Chinatown highlights Yokohama's unique character. Yamashita Park, Nihon Odori, and Minato Mirai have also become filming locations for TV and movies. Therefore, people of all generations feel some kind of familiarity with Yokohama.

We will mainly visit filming locations for TV dramas. Please enjoy the scenery and gourmet food of Yokohama! When walking around Yokohama, I often come across scenery that makes me want to take pictures. Even though I have lived in Yokohama for 30 years, I still feel that way. The scenery not only changes depending on the season, but also during the day under the piercing blue sky, and the scenery at sunset changing from yellow to orange to deep blue. New buildings are being built one after another, while some buildings reminiscent of the Meiji era remain. Yokohama has many spots that are perfect as the backdrop for dramas and movies with various themes. Get closer to the drama by visiting the filming locations of recent TV dramas. I also think it's fun to use your imagination and think about how you might use this scenery as the background for a drama like this. Since it is the place where bread, ice cream, tonkatsu, and Neapolitan were first introduced to Japan, you can enjoy the traditional flavors that have been passed down through generations, and enjoy eating while walking around Japan's largest Chinatown. You can feel the splendor of Yokohama not only with your eyes but also with your tongue. We will mainly visit filming locations, but if there are any places or gourmet foods you would like to visit, we will listen to them and create the best tour for you.

Meet your driver and start your adventure to the majestic Mt. Fuji region. Visit the popular and much talked about spot, Arakurayama Sengen Park. It is a photogenic spot that is one of the "21 places photographers around the world must visit before they die". Here, you can climb 398 steps, see the five-story Chureito Pagoda, see the majestic Mt. Fuji, and look down on the Fujiyoshida cityscape. Next, escape the hustle and bustle of the city and go to Honmachi Street, where time flows quietly and calmly. The town is like a "staircase to Mt. Fuji". A unique landscape of tasteful signs and lanterns of the shopping streets lined with eaves along the street, and electric wires intersecting in a jumble appears. The fusion of the Japanese cityscape and the towering Mt. Fuji on the outskirts is a one-of-a-kind sight that can only be seen here. A must-see for Instagram lovers! Next, you will arrive at the quaint Oshino Hakkai. Oshino Hakkai is a charming village known for its eight spring-fed ponds, which were formed when meltwater from Mt. Fuji flowed through the lava and into the earth. The surface of the ponds ripples gently in the breeze, and the light reflects off them, making them look like fish scales. You can get a glimpse into the quiet life of the countryside. Walk near the picturesque thatched roofs, waterwheels, and bridges and soak up the traditional Japanese atmosphere. Drink the crystal clear spring water, which has been selected as one of the 100 famous waters in Japan, and upload photos to Instagram. Also, don't forget to stop by the convenience store "Lawson," which is a popular spot for taking pictures of the spectacular view. Take unique photos and enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji! Finally, let's visit Lake Kawaguchi. You can enjoy the changing seasons from the colorful flowers of spring cherry blossoms, summer lavender at its best, autumn leaves starting to change color, and Mt. Fuji towering in the distance at Lake Kawaguchi. Perfect for photographers aiming for a "Mt. Fuji and flowers" photo! Afterwards, prepare to return to Tokyo. This tour is a wonderful experience that perfectly blends nature, culture, and the chance to take unforgettable photos.
