Let's make beautiful tassels using Shinamokko, each one with a different expression! ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ The Japanese linden tree is an indispensable part of the lives of the people of the Sekigawa area of the Atsumi region. After stripping the bark from the tree, Uetsu Shina cloth is made entirely by hand, going through 22 processes over 365 days. The experience of using this precious Shina is unique to this area. Because each strand is a natural fiber with a different expression, it can be made into unique and attractive charms and earrings. It is also nice that the venue is the footbath cafe Chitto Moche, within walking distance of the inn at Atsumi Onsen. After making it, enjoy a relaxing tea time. Angel Pearl is located in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. AngelPearl is the only place in Osaka where you can experience removing real pearls! The pearls removed from the shells come in a variety of colors and shapes, and our staff members are always excited. White, pink, yellowish colors, and processing that makes the most of each pearl's individuality are possible. Come and find your own pearl. All of our staff are looking forward to seeing you. The pearl shells are so easy to open that you can remove them with a butter knife. We have made it so that even children can open them safely and securely. In addition, since it is a butter knife, injuries from the blade can be prevented. And when removing the pearls from the shells, we use tweezers with blunt tips. By using the special sole and pattern, you can choose your favorite pattern, sole, and material to make a pair of original shoes that is one of a kind in the world in one day! Children are welcome! If you would like to participate with more people than the capacity, we can hold the workshop at the workshop cafe, which is a 5-minute walk from the atelier, so please feel free to contact us. ⚫︎Workshop flow 1: Choose a pattern For those making shoes for the first time: ・Derby ・Macalon ・Plain ・Open For those who are making shoes for the second pair and have experience in handcrafting: ・Hi-Top ・Lofer ・Sneaker *Rubber comes in 5 colors (black / beige / pink / khaki / navy) *Can be customized to lace-up shoes *If you would like to make tassels as well, an optional fee (+¥3,500) will be charged. 2: Choose a sole You can choose from 3 types.・Flat/White Size 33-45・Platform/White (+¥1,100) *Sizes are from 35 to 40・Platform/Black (+¥1,100) *Sizes are from 35 to 403: Choose a sizeWe offer unisex sizes from 22.5cm to 29cm in 0.5cm increments. Please refer to the size chart and let us know your desired size in advance.
