By making effective use of mountain spring water and rainwater and building terraced rice fields on mountain slopes, rice cultivation is possible even on limited land. Rice terraces are grown with clear mountain spring water and large temperature differences between day and night. The grains are firm and have a rich sweetness and fragrance.
