Wear a kimono apron (kappogi) and make rolled omelet and rice balls using a copper frying pan made for tamagoyaki. Kintsugi is a repair technique in which cracks, chips, and other damaged parts of ceramics are glued together with lacquer and decorated with gold and other metal powder. It is also called Kintsukuroi. At our salon, we use simple lacquer instead of real lacquer, and we finish at a reasonable price. Tableware that holds a special meaning can be revived by Kintsugi, and upgraded by applying gold. We accept lessons and orders. The experience location is Minoh City, a city rich in nature in Hokusetsu, Osaka. 20 minutes by train from central Osaka Location: 10 minutes walk from Sakurai Station on the Hankyu Minoh Line, or at the Sakurai Station Cafe (At the cafe, we ask that each person order one drink) If a child of junior high school age or younger participates, a parent or guardian must apply and participate with them. This is an art calligraphy experience under the guidance of calligrapher Yuyu Makita. You can wear a calligraphy uniform, so there is no need to worry about getting your clothes dirty. First, practice on a piece of calligraphy paper the size of a shikishi. Makita will hold your hand and teach you how to use a brush. Next, you will dynamically draw art calligraphy with a large brush on a large piece of paper measuring 69cm in height and 136cm in width!
