This is a self-cycling tour that takes you to the Miho Museum and Shigaraki Pottery Village. With a special map in hand, enjoy a moment of wellness for both body and mind with art and cycling. Electrically assisted bicycles make it easy to ride up hills. Even beginners can feel at ease. This is a course that takes you to the very popular Miho Museum and the Shigaraki Pottery Village, one of the six ancient kilns in Japan, where you can experience art. The tour is self-cycling, and you will head to your destination with a special map in hand. The area around the course is full of nature, such as beautiful rivers and mountain trees, and is relatively cool even in the hot summer months. After being impressed by the art and beautiful scenery at the Miho Museum, it is a good idea to take a bike ride around the Shigaraki pottery village. Try to find your favorite pottery. We recommend taking the Shigaraki Kogen Railway on your way back. You will be seen off by the Shigaraki raccoons and the wonderful view from the train window.
