Meet at the designated location (meet at a roadside station in Uruma City, Onna Village, Yomitan Village, or Itoman City). Your instructor will inform you of the meeting time and location the day before. 2. Travel to the beach. We will escort you to the surf spot in our car. Please minimize your luggage and prepare (large towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, drinks, etc.). 3. Change into clothes, warm-up exercises, and explanations about beach safety. You will change into a wetsuit at the changing facility or on-site. Women are encouraged to wear easy-to-wear clothing, such as a dress. We recommend wearing a swimsuit underneath your clothes. In the summer, we recommend wearing a beach T-shirt, rash guard, or leggings. ④ Basic movements on shore and explanation of how to handle the board (lesson time 15 minutes).
