You can experience silent Shiretoko here even in the crowds of summer vacation and autumn consecutive holidays. It is a course to go through the pioneering site and the forest and go to see the groundwater falls pouring into the Sea of Okhotsk. If it is fine, you can see the 200 m high cliff walls leading to Shiretoko Cape. It is a course that goes to see the falls of the cliffs like "Falls Falls", but there is no boardwalk, and overcoming logs, it is a somewhat wild place.

It is a canoeing experience on the Arekinai River, a tributary that flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, in front of Toro Station. The course starts from a lake called Lake Toro, goes to the Arekinai River, goes to the main stream of the Kushiro River, goes up the Arekinai River by canoe, and returns to Lake Toro. Because it is a calm river, you can go up the river, and even those who are new to canoeing can experience it with peace of mind. The river does not freeze even in winter, so you can experience canoeing throughout the year. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us. You can also do a half-day course combined with an observation deck tour! 〜Flow of the experience〜 (For the 7:00 course) 7:00 Meet in front of JR Senmo Line Toro Station Please be at Toro Station at the start time of the tour. This is a trek that goes all around the Shiretoko Five Lakes designated as a special reserve of Shiretoko National Park, UNESCO's World Natural Heritage Area, including elevated wooden paths. This is Japan's first revolutionary Forest Adventure experience in which a licensed leader guides the area where brown bears live. In addition to the lake, you can observe seasonally changing nature, such as sika deer, red fox, wild birds, alpine plants, and autumn leaves. Because they are not fed, all creatures they encounter are real wildlife. Please contact us as it may be possible to respond to times that are not in the selection column.
