Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? This plan allows you to enjoy SUP at your own pace in the great outdoors of the Northern Alps! The upstream is relatively rapid, the midstream meanders greatly, and the downstream flows slowly. The area around Natural Groove, located in the midstream, has few man-made structures and is filled with nature.
