The instructor will support you well, so don't worry. Q. I'm nervous because it's my first time, can I keep up? A. Don't worry. We will carefully lecture you on land, from how to use the equipment to how to breathe. Even after entering the sea, we will carefully support each person according to their needs. Q. Are there any conditions for participation? A. Anyone over 10 years old and in good health can participate. Depending on your medical history, you may not be able to participate, so if you are worried, please consult us in advance. Q. What clothes should I wear? A. It will be smooth if you come wearing a swimsuit underneath. There are no special clothing regulations for summer. Please do not forget to bring your swimsuit and sandals. Q.
