インターネットで予約したため、どのような店なのかが不安だったが、優しい店員がテキパキと着付けをしてくださった。残念だった点としては、同じ時間帯の予約客が多かったため、体験時間が１時間半かかったこと、安心パック代が500円必要であることを知らなかったこと、徒歩30秒と書いてあったのに徒歩7分くらいかかったこと、スタンダードの着物の種類が少なかったことである。しかし、少ない店員数でも上手く回せていたし、髪型も凄く可愛く仕上げてくださったし、フレンドリーな店員さんで、着付け時間も楽しめたことはとても良かった。お金はかかるが、また利用したいと思える場所だった。

花火大会に浴衣を着ていくため、友達と来店しました！このサイトからの予約が初だったらしく、これはレビューを書かなければと思いました(*^^*) 受付の男性、着付けの女性、ヘアメイクの女性の3名にご対応頂いたのですが、全員優しくて丁寧な接客でした！素敵な浴衣が多くて時間をかけて選んでしまったのですが、一緒に楽しく話しながら選んでくださり、その時間もとても楽しかったです☆ 着付けは迅速丁寧で完璧でしたし、ヘアメイクはどんな感じがいいか細かく希望を聞いてくださりました！！ヘアアクセも種類が多く、好きなだけ付けてくださって嬉しすぎました！！(о´∀`о) 大手のお店だと流れ作業みたいな感じだと思うのですが、ここは本当にアットホームで時間をかけて対応してくださるお店で感動でした！！まだオープンして間も無いのかな？まだ知られてなくて完全に穴場だったので、浴衣着るならここ一択ですね♪ 私も花火大会に行く時は毎年結衣さんにお願いしようと決めました(*^◯^*) 後悔しないと思うので行ってみてください〜☆

着物レンタルは過去に何度も利用したことが有り、VASARAも鎌倉店は2回ほど利用していますが銀座店は史上最悪の対応です。お代を返して然るべきの酷い対応です。利用を検討されている方はお気をつけ下さい。指摘したい点があまりに多い為、以下箇条書きとします。・9時半予約で9時25分に店舗に到着するも混雑により受付や着付け、ヘアセットなど、全てにおいて時間がかかり、出発できたのは12時半。・連れと2人で来店しているにも関わらず、ヘアセットを別々にされ、片方がセットしている間は待ちぼうけ。また、自分よりも後に来た客を先にヘアセットに案内。こちらから声をかけるまでスタッフは気が付かなかったようで、長時間待たされた。また、待ち時間の案内も無い。・ツースターのヘアセットを頼んだが雑でぐちゃぐちゃユルユルの状態。街を歩くのも恥ずかしく感じる程の汚さ。到底有料とは思えないクォリティ。・入店から既に2時間半経過しているにも関わらず、こちらが指摘するまで謝罪しない・ヘアアクセサリーについて金額の説明がなく、「どれにしますか？」とだけ聞かれ、造花を選択したところ、500円かかった。選んだ時点では何も説明されず、会計後に発覚。・他の客も長時間待たされていたようで立腹していた。苛立つ客が複数人いて、こちらも気分が悪かった。

先日、池袋店で利用したものです。案内時間は20分も待たされた挙句、終了まで1時間半弱、、、こんなに着付けにかからお店は京都でもないです…笑特にヘアセットが最悪でした。何が最悪かといいますと、かなり混み合っていたからなのか(百歩譲って) 手抜きで髪の毛は最初から最後までブラシを通すこともされなければ、前髪はこちらが言わなければ巻いてくれなかったです。なんと、前髪巻いた後も放置でブラシなど通さず、いくら待てどもスルーなので仕方がないので自分のブラシでときました。さすがに急いでたとしてもその対応はあり得ないのでは？ヘアセットは髪の毛全部ですよね？前髪だけないなんてさらにはヘアスプレーも耳などをよけずにそのままいきなりダイレクトにスプレーされました。こちらは本真珠のピアスをつけていたので痛まないかとても不快な気分になりました。待たせておいてヘアセットまで雑なのはいかがなものでしょうか？教育がなってなさすぎませんか。そちらのミスにもかかわらずカップルプランの男女名前が逆になっていたのも私たちが悪いわけでもないのになぜか誤りもせず驚きました。そんなに余裕がなくて一つ一つ雑になるならキャパよりも多く予約取らないほうがいいですよ。ヘアセットは本当に最悪でした。いろいろなところで着物着ますが過去一最悪な思いしました。
