The original! Otaru Blue Hidden Land Cruise Tsuusen Co., Ltd. Departing from Otaru Canal, a fun guided 70-minute cruise will fly you through the Otaru Canal and Otaru Kaigan Quasi-National Park, stopping the boat at various points.
