Sashiko is a traditional Japanese handicraft. Sew traditional patterns with a prick (sashiko is called stab) to make a cloth, a place mat, or a drawstring purse! Basically, you can do it if you have a needle on the cloth and thread. For trials, we offer bleached cloth, which is ideal for flower cloth, and indigo cloth, which has been popular for a long time for place mats and drawstring purses. After seeing the sample work, you can choose your favorite color for the thread.
