All of our tour guides are certified water rescuers, and we strive to operate tours with customer safety as our number one priority. We also have our own safety standards, and if field conditions are poor, we will decide to cancel the tour for customer safety. All customers who participate in our tours will be required to wear safety equipment such as life jackets.
