初めての利用でした。自分は、九州出身であり雪に馴染みが全くありませんでした。ただ、ガイドさんの配慮ある先導、豊富な知識、コミニケーション能力の高さなど、不安を一切感じさせない運行に感激しました。夫婦で行ったのですが、撮影スポットで何枚も写真を撮ってくださり、良い思い出作りができました。夏の時期にもツアーをやっているとのことで、行く際は同じガイドさんがいいなと心から思いました。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございます、ガイドしてくれた理事長さんのおかげで、かみのやまはまだまだ盛り上がると思います。
