The theme is "Japanese food" and "experience". We started with the desire to enjoy Japanese food culture and sushi making with people from all over the world! ▶︎Menu There are many different types of sushi in Japan. In this cooking class, you will learn how to make nigiri sushi and roll sushi. 1: Nigiri sushi The most standard and popular sushi in Japan, and also the origin of sushi. 2: Roll sushi A type of sushi that is popular around the world, where ingredients are wrapped in rice. ▶︎Schedule It is about 2 hours. In the first hour, you will learn the history of sushi and how to make sushi, and actually make sushi! The second hour is free time to make sushi and meal time.
