レンタルできて小物付でこの値段はお得だと思いました。美容院であれば、着付けヘアセットだけで、もっとお高めの金額になると思う。 そして 、立地も抜群に良い。 ○○が似合う、○○が流行などの提案や情報提供があればより良かったと思う。 オプション課金だけでなく、デフォルトの小物レンタルが不要な場合は割引あるとよいかも。 所要時間は繁忙日ということで待ち時間があり数時間かかりましたが、口コミを見て行っていたので、想定通りという感じでした。怒っているお客さんも見受けられましたが…。 最初から数時間かかることを記載しておけば防げるトラブルではないのかと思いました。 スタッフさんがオーダーや支払状況を把握していなかったりということもあったので、客側がある程度しっかりしておかないとダメだなとも思いました。 色々気になることはありましたが、全体的にはキレイに着付け等してもらえて満足です♪

着物レンタルは過去に何度も利用したことが有り、VASARAも鎌倉店は2回ほど利用していますが銀座店は史上最悪の対応です。お代を返して然るべきの酷い対応です。利用を検討されている方はお気をつけ下さい。 指摘したい点があまりに多い為、以下箇条書きとします。 ・9時半予約で9時25分に店舗に到着するも混雑により受付や着付け、ヘアセットなど、全てにおいて時間がかかり、出発できたのは12時半。 ・連れと2人で来店しているにも関わらず、ヘアセットを別々にされ、片方がセットしている間は待ちぼうけ。また、自分よりも後に来た客を先にヘアセットに案内。こちらから声をかけるまでスタッフは気が付かなかったようで、長時間待たされた。また、待ち時間の案内も無い。 ・ツースターのヘアセットを頼んだが雑でぐちゃぐちゃユルユルの状態。街を歩くのも恥ずかしく感じる程の汚さ。到底有料とは思えないクォリティ。 ・入店から既に2時間半経過しているにも関わらず、こちらが指摘するまで謝罪しない ・ヘアアクセサリーについて金額の説明がなく、「どれにしますか?」とだけ聞かれ、造花を選択したところ、500円かかった。選んだ時点では何も説明されず、会計後に発覚。 ・他の客も長時間待たされていたようで立腹していた。苛立つ客が複数人いて、こちらも気分が悪かった。
