When spring arrives in Yaeyama (around March to June), they display beautiful lights as part of their courtship behavior for a limited time only. On this tour, we depart for the forest where the Yaeyama Hime firefly live around 7pm when the sun starts to set! After the lights start to appear one by one, countless Yaeyama Hime fireflies begin to light up one after another, and the forest is enveloped in a truly fantastical space.
