The experience location is a natural beach on Ishigaki Island. First, we will give a lecture on the basics of SUP and safety measures. Once you have become accustomed to SUP, you can enjoy SUP yoga. We will select yoga poses according to the experience of the participants and the conditions of the sea. Relax and take your time with SUP yoga in the majestic nature of Ishigaki Island, which can only be experienced on a natural beach. - Rough schedule for the day - ① Pick up at the accommodation, arrive at the beach Approximately 30-40 minutes ② Preparation 15 minutes ③ SUP lecture 15 minutes ④ SUP experience 30 minutes ⑤ SUP yoga 60 minutes ⑦ Tea time / Clean up 15 minutes ⑥ Drop off at accommodation Approximately 30-40 minutes Experience time: Approximately 2 hours / 120 minutes Total time: Approximately 3 hours 30 minutes - 4 hours If you think yoga on a SUP is a bit difficult, we recommend beach yoga, where you can easily enjoy the sea and yoga.
朝からだったのでプライベートな空間でゆっくり意識しながらsup&yogaを体験しました。 波と風を感じてながれるまま気持ちよく、最終的には海に落ちて、童心に帰りました。 いただいたハーブティーで一息ついてゆっくりとした時間を経験しました。 少し到着が遅れてご迷惑をかけてしまいましたが、丁寧に指導していただきありがとうございました。

It starts from a place where you can see the floating morning sun on a board, surrounded by nature. When the morning sun starts to rise gradually, move your body slowly on the board. Make yourself awake with yoga from easy stretches. Try to get up a little early! Then the beginning of the finest day is waiting for you! Even at the end of the tour, it will be late at 8 o'clock, surely a fulfilling day!
初めてのSUPヨガでした。インストラクターさんの説明がわかりやすくて海のコンディションを見ながらその時のベストスポットに移動してくれて、SUPヨガだけでなく自然を感じるガイドと1人1人に合わせたフォローで誰でも安心して挑戦できるアクティビティです。台風接近であいにくの雨でしたが海の上で雨を浴びながらのヨガなんて、なかなかできない体験をして大自然の力を全身で感じながら終わる頃にはココロとカラダが浄化されたような、清々しい気持ちになれました。最初は乗り気でなかった夫も想像を大きく超えて楽しんでいました。終わったあと、絶対またここにSUPヨガしに訪れたい!と思うほど素敵な体験ができました、ありがとうございました!!!

Even if your body is stiff or you don't have confidence in exercising, the poses will be decided according to the customer, so you can experience it without falling down! Let's taste the best luxury floating on the sea beyond imagination. ~Experience Flow~ (Example) 9:00 Pickup We will pick you up at the designated location. 9:10 Arrive at the arrival point and wear a life jacket and marine shoes. Before going out to sea, we will explain how to row, how to ride, wind and safety, and be ready! 9:20 Start adventure in the sea on SUP! Sit down at your pace and start with a simple pose. Once you get used to it, challenge standing poses and poses that require a little balance! 10:40 End, end of the experience on land! Finally, it's OK to try rowing a little SUP, take pictures, and relax a little on the beach! After easily dropping the sand, get in the car and head to the designated dissolution location. 11:00 End & disband! Send it to your desired dissolution place, send a photo and disband!
