We will make accessories by reusing the washi paper used in the Sendai Tanabata festival. I would be happy if you could know the culture of Tanabata through the experience.

It is a new art that stacks Sendai Tanabata Japanese paper and origami on a mold of Miyagi Prefecture design. The windsock part that was actually used for the Sendai Tanabata Festival is reused. Since the mold is cut, even children can easily make it.

Choose from fox or cat. I will draw using my favorite painting materials. Feel free to make your own by pasting Japanese paper or stickers on the streamers that were actually used in the Sendai Tanabata Festival. If you are not good at drawing, even small children can easily do it.

Kakunodate, a small Kyoto in Tohoku, famous for its samurai residences. Let's make a "charcoal bale" to be used at the "Fire Swing Kamakura" event that is held every winter during the First Full Moon Festival. For the work of knitting, select straw and stack it in order. After knitting, roll it up, arrange it, and attach a rope string to swing it around.

This is a four-day, three-night training trip where you can make a small knife under the direct guidance of swordsmith Shohei Fujiyasu. Through this training experience, you will learn about the beauty and spirit that resides in Japanese swords, and the small knife you make yourself using the same process as a Japanese sword using tamahagane, the material used for Japanese swords, will be a one-of-a-kind treasure.

This is a two-day, one-night taxi tour where you can receive direct instruction from swordsmith Shohei Fujiyasu, observe the appreciation of Japanese swords, observe the forging process (preparing the base for Japanese swords), and experience hammering and copper plate inscription. Through the tour, you will learn about the beauty and spirit that resides in Japanese swords. After staying overnight at the famous Iizaka Onsen hot spring in Fukushima City, on the second day, you will be taken to a Japanese lunch using Fukushima City's specialties and Nakano Fudoson, one of the three Fudoson temples in Japan.
