城崎温泉から電車でわずか10分の場所にある竹野町。
兵庫県豊岡市竹野町の海岸沿いは、美しい海の色だけでなく日本海形成から現在に至る多様な地質や地形が存在します。
また、竹野町には古くから伝わる焼杉板の家屋の街並みが残っており、日本の小さな漁港の旅情を感じられる街並みが残っています。

そんな昔の日本家屋が残る静かな街・竹野で、日本の田舎を体感できる様々なアクティビティ体験をしていただけます。

焼杉板の町並み

竹野海岸周辺は、狭い路地が入り組んだ町並みが広がっています。建物の外壁には、日本海特有の強い潮風と砂から家屋を守るために焼杉板が張られており、日本の伝統家屋を楽しむことができます。

美しい海と山

山から海までが竹野川で繋がった竹野町では、海と山度に囲まれており、自然を堪能することが可能です。

下記のアクティビティより2つ選んでいただけます。

・猫崎半島ウォーキング
猫崎半島は兵庫県最北端の地。その先端にある灯台を目指したウォーキングプログラム。270度の景観が展望可能です。
所要時間：180分

・竹野街並み案内
家屋が立ち並ぶ竹野の町を散歩しながら、漁師町の雰囲気を感じよう。竹野浜は眺めているだけでリラックスできます。
所要時間：90分

・釣り体験
竹野の海は「ハゼ」などたくさんの魚が生息しています。竹ざおを使った気軽な釣り体験で豊かな自然を感じてみませんか？
所要時間：60分

・漁船クルージング
漁船で巡るプライベートクルーズ。漁師さんの船を貸切りジオパークにも指定されている海岸の奇岩などを巡ろう！
所要時間：60分

・竹野海外の掃除体験
沢山の漂流物が流れ着く竹野の海。地元の人々と一緒に、漂流物を回収する掃除を体験し、海を守りましょう。
所要時間：90分

・ジオカヌー（冬季は不可）
竹野エリアをシーカヤックで巡る冒険ツーリング。五感を使って地球の鼓動を感じよう！
