If the number of customers is 7 or less (1 boat), a rescue canoe will accompany the tour with 2 guides and 2 boats. The support guide has the following qualifications.・ Attend firefighting ordinary emergency lifesaving training ・ Rescue 3 〇 A tour is held only when a safe experience can be provided by establishing a dedication rule. We thoroughly check the values of water level observers installed at multiple locations just before the tour. The river conditions can be grasped in real time, and measurements are taken every 10 minutes. We are making a decision to hold a safe and secure tour. 〇Experienced and qualified trip leaders must accompany the tour At least 15 years of experience as a rafting instructor, and qualified trip leaders will always accompany the tour to ensure the safety of our customers. 〇 Equipment / equipment Guides carry equipment to provide safe tours The guide carries emergency equipment (emergency kits, medical supplies, ropes, etc.) to the tour and strives to conduct safe tours. |
