SUP is a stylish water sport where you get on a large surfboard and paddle across the water. It is a new type of activity that is rapidly gaining popularity both in Japan and overseas! Of course you can ride the waves, but you can also cruise leisurely on the water, and once you get used to it, you can even race with your friends♪ Also, balancing on an unstable boat has a fitness effect. It is sure to be enjoyed by a wide range of people, regardless of gender or age♪ Why not try a walk on the lake surface with a stand up paddle (SUP)?
