It is the venue for the "Anime Project in Oizumi 2024" event, and various events will be held from morning to evening on the day. In order to widely publicize "Nerima Ward, the birthplace of Japanese animation" and promote the revitalization of the region through anime, "Anime Project in Oizumi 2024" will be held in Oizumi, the birthplace of Japanese animation. The world's first picture book museum exhibits the works of picture book artists including Chihiro Iwasaki. In addition to a picture book cafe, museum shop, children's room, and library, you can also see "Chihiro's Garden" where Chihiro's beloved flowers bloom, and "Chihiro's Atelier", a restored room including her drawing desk and bookshelves.
