Saburoemon Koujiya

``Kojiya Saburoemon'', which has the only miso store in Tokyo, is a long-established store that was founded in Ibaraki Prefecture during the Meiji period. In 1939, it moved to Nerima Ward, where it operates the only miso brewery in Tokyo. From making the koji to aging the miso, the miso we produce is loved in the old days and is known as ``old-fashioned miso.'' And Kojiya Saburoemon's products have obtained Halal certification. This "Halal certification" is a "proof" that is supported and chosen not only by Muslims but also by people around the world who are health conscious and seek a quality life with a sense of security. On this tour, we will take you on a guided tour of a valuable miso brewery and introduce you to halal miso.

Tea ceremony experience

You will try your hand at a tea ceremony experience in a Japanese-style room in Mukoyama Garden. A professional instructor will give a detailed lecture. Comes with sweets and matcha.

Samurai & Ninja experience

This is a special program for foreigners. This is an experience where you can actually cut something wrapped in mats with a real sword. The instructor will provide careful guidance, so anyone can safely cut. Experience everything from the familiar ninja shuriken to the samurai stick shuriken!
