Sendai Izawaya Yuka Izawa, who has been involved in exporting Katsuyama Sake Brewery overseas, will serve as the host and guide guests to a sake pairing experience in Katsuyama. We can respond in Japanese, English, and Chinese. You can take home a Katsuyama high-quality sake set (contents vary depending on the course) as a souvenir. *5 minutes by taxi from Sendai Station *Available in Japanese, English, and Chinese *5 types of Katsuyama sake available (premium includes Diamond Akatsuki) *Shozan standard course (2 main dishes, 6 dishes total) menu * Comes with a Katsuyama high-quality sake set (contents vary depending on the course) as a souvenir* If you would like a date and time other than the displayed dates, or if you would like to make a reservation for a large number of people, please contact us separately. *If there are less than 3 people, your reservation may start at the same time as customers who have booked the same plan. A restaurant opened in January 2023 in a renovated former brewery of Date Family Sendai Izawaya Katsuyama Sake Brewery. Chef Tamotsu Yashima, former sous chef of Katsuyamakan Padrino del Chausan, will be showing off his skills. Enjoy a course meal featuring seasonal items based on French cuisine with Japanese elements.
