Food that combines the spirit of hospitality and history of Date Masamune with ``terroage,'' a combination of ``terroir,'' which refers to the climate, natural features, and human activities of a region, and ``marriage,'' which refers to the matching of food and alcohol. It's an experience. Date Masamune was particular about entertaining his guests, and his style was to offer heartfelt hospitality. ``In order to entertain people, rather than preparing a large number of dishes, please be considerate and cook the food in front of them, or bring your own food and serve it in a dignified way.'' ``Feast people.'' It's good to have one for everything. (Both from the Kimura Uemon Memorandum) Dishes that use carefully selected ingredients produced in Miyagi Prefecture, including the Akiu area, and the Akiu cuisine cultivated by the climate of Akiu. Marriage with wine from Winery. The event will be held at Akiusha, a charming cafe-restaurant that was opened in a renovated 160-year-old private house. So far, we have held ``First Group: Visiting Oshika in Autumn,'' which featured deer from the Oshika Peninsula, ``Second Group: In Love with the Sea of Sanriku,'' which featured wakame seaweed from Ishinomaki, and ``Third Group: Appreciating the Autumn Harvest.'' The fourth group is titled ``Congratulations on the coming year,'' and features ingredients such as nameko mushrooms and mountain shimeji mushrooms grown in Akiu. We have prepared a special menu to recreate the New Year's dishes. Each group enjoyed a course meal and Akiu wine as their main ingredients.
