Plan description

The Furano and Biei districts, where the majestic Tokachidake mountain range stretches, are home to many 2,000-meter-class mountains. Among them, we will guide you to the most suitable area considering the weather and snow quality of the day, Mt. Sandan, which is relatively easy to access. ~ Flow of the day ~ 8:00 We will depart after checking the equipment before leaving Hakuginso or Ryounkaku. 10:30 Arrive at the summit If the weather is good, we will aim for the summit, but if the weather is bad, we will start skiing from the slope on the way. 12:00 Lunch Please have your own food. 12:30 Afternoon climb back up, slide return Considering the physical strength of the guests, we will climb back up 2 to 3 times. 15:00 Arrive at the departure base and enter the hot spring immediately after descending the mountain.

Japow! Mt. Sandan, a sacred place for powder snow

As the name suggests, the mountain has three steep slopes to reach the peak, but it is easy to climb. The attraction is the good snow quality. If the conditions are right, you can enjoy the powder snow without any resistance, as if you were flying above the air. The view of the Tokachidake mountain range and the Taisetsu mountain range from the peak is also wonderful. The departure base is Fukiage Onsen "Hakuginso" or Tokachidake Onsen "Ryunkaku".
