Our cooking class started in Tokyo in 2023. The theme is "Japanese food" and "experience". Over 10,000 people have already taken part in our cooking classes. There are many different types of sushi in Japan. In this cooking class, you will learn how to make nigiri sushi and gunkan sushi. Nigiri sushi is the most standard and popular sushi in Japan, and is also the origin of sushi. You can make up to 20 pieces using 10 different materials. If you practice a lot, maybe you can become a nigiri sushi chef? This cooking class lasts approximately 2 hours. For the first hour, you will learn about the history of sushi and make nigiri sushi under the guidance of your instructor. During the second half of the day, you can eat your own sushi. After your meal, you can sit on the terrace with a spectacular view and take photos with landmark spots in Tokyo and Asakusa. All courses are taught in English.
