Feel the pleasant sea breeze on your skin in Hachijojima's great nature, sky, sun, and clear sea. Free your body and mind, refresh yourself, and enjoy the relaxing time to your heart's content. Even if you are alone, you can participate with confidence even if you are a beginner or a person who can not swim. The school fee includes the lesson fee, SUP board rental fee, life jacket rental fee, and damage insurance premium. There are no additional charges. Depending on the conditions of the day, we will choose the best place and hold it. *Because it is operated by one instructor, it may be canceled suddenly due to poor physical condition. Please note.
個人的にはハードボードの方がよかった。海に落ちることもあるので、やはりレッスン後のシャワー施設や更衣室は希望したい。
インストラクターの方も丁寧に教えて頂き、初心者にも関わらず、盛り上げてくれました。ホテルまで迎えに来て頂き、サービスもよかったです！また、行きたいと思います。
初めてのsup&ヨガ体験。
ボードをコントロールするのも最初は難しく、方向転換に苦労する。
ヨガはボードで座って行っている時は、身体の硬さを実感したり、ライフジャケットをつけている事による動き難さを感じました。(脱いでも良いと言われたが、足がつかない所だったので着たまま行った)
ボードの上に立ち上がる所から難易度も上り、ヨガ以前にバランス取ることに必死。
最後にボード上に寝転んで色々な姿勢をとった時に「ここは海の上」と感じることが出来ました。
