It is a plan where you can learn the basics of the tea ceremony while having tea and sweets. Perfect for those who are new to the tea ceremony. One person can participate, but two people more Then it becomes cheap. Time required Takes 30 to 90 minutes.
The host will take you through the full process of a tea ceremony, in an authentic tea room. Even though there might be a language barrier, you can still enjoy the beauty of your surroundings, and the tasty matcha and sweets. I participated with my 11 yr old, and it's a great cultural experience for kids too.

Myself and a friend went for a tea ceremony at Nobata. There isn’t much information on the website so we weren’t sure what to expect. But it was a private casual ceremony where we watched the master, are some sweets and then were taught to make our own matcha. The hosts were lovely and the kind lady spoke English so we were able to have a conversation and understand what was going on. The shop is also great to look at, and full of beautiful pieces.

Wazuka-cho, Kyoto Prefecture, is the main producing area of Uji tea, and it is also known as the "chagenkyo" because of the beauty of its tea plantations. In Wazuka Town, a guided tea plantation walk for about 1 hour. The scenery that you can see while walking is definitely on Instagram ☆ After having enjoyed the story about tea with such scenery, we will carefully brew the Uji tea produced in Wazuka, which is recommended at that time. You'll be amazed at the scent and taste. Please enjoy it with a Japanese-style confectionery shop made in Wazuka Town.

It is a plan that you can experience three of Kimono, Tea ceremony and Ikebana by chartering. Tea ceremony is a lecturer of Urasenke, Ikebana is in charge of unbearable teacher and explanation in English is also possible.
