The experience location is a quiet natural beach on Ishigaki Island where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. First of all, yoga on the beach of Ishigaki Island. Calm your mind and body with gentle yoga. We will also give a little lecture on how to use your body on SUP. After relaxing your body with yoga, we will give you a lecture on the basics of SUP, safety measures, etc. We will enjoy SUP at a leisurely pace according to the experience of the participants and sea conditions.
