元々宿泊していたホテルでパークヨガができると調べてきたのですが、遂行人数2人以上で開催されず、、、。 どうしてもヨガがしたくて、急遽調べて予約をしました。 2日前と急な予約で私一人だけの実施でしたが、快く対応してもらい、宿の近くの場所でヨガをしました! 元々1年半ほどヨガをしていましたが、なかなか立ち木のポーズが出来ませんでした。 先生から「呼吸について意識して」とアドバイスをもらい、45分という短い時間でしたが、今までの中で1番集中できブレなく立ち木のポーズが出来ました。 私の呼吸の特徴、 どうやったら呼吸がしやすくなるのか、 どんなイメージで呼吸をするのか 詳しく丁寧に教えてもらいました。 これからのヨガでも呼吸を意識してやっていきたいと思います。 ヨガ中の写真もさりげなく撮ってもらい、パークヨガデビューの記念も残せて本当に嬉しかったです。 ありがとうございました!

沖縄へ行く機会があり時間の都合をつけて参加させていただきました。 初めてのビーチヨガで一人での参加でしたが先生のナチュラルな温度感に緊張もほぐれ終始リラックスして楽しむことができました。 当日は風が強く不安定なポーズを維持することが課題でしたが強風以外にも日差しやビーチで楽しむ方々の存在や平坦ではない砂浜などにとらわれず集中する楽しさを知りました。 スタジオと違って大地を感じれるビーチでのヨガは最高の癒しです。 すっかりデトックスできました。 ありがとうございました。 また機会を作ってえいじ先生のレッスン受けに行きます!

E-BIKE cycling on the Shimanto River with a trailer full of camp luggage.
