接客の質が最低。代表の対応がひどい。
お客を責め立てる話し方。とても接客業務をしてるとは思えない対応。
相手の立場に立って対応出来ない。
2度と予約しません。
規定の水量も超えてるのに開催されたラフティング。最初から不安で、これで開催するんですか？と何度もきいていました。3回目のラフティングの体験(2回は他の会社)でしたが、激流で4人で乗っていたボートはひっくり返り転落、20分間川に流され続けました。顔あげた時には、ボートから10メートルほど距離があり、ボートに乗ることは不可能。そのまま流され続け、40秒間川の渦の中にはまり、洗濯機のように回され続け、水面に顔を出すことは出来ず、大量の水を飲み、ほんとに死ぬんじゃないかと心の底から思う体験をしました。その後波に襲われながらも必死に泳ぎ、川の端の方まで行き、木に捕まって助けを待っていました。現在メンタル的にやられ一生川や海に行きたく無いって思う精神状態と、柱と岩でぶつけ足はあざだらけになり、腰を強く打ち痛みと戦う身体的状況です。ラフティング後直接ガイドさんから謝罪はなく、寒い上に、不安で震えているわたし達に対して「これがラフティングや」と笑いながら言われたり、「俺が温めてやった」など意味がわからない発言をされ、とても憤りを感じました。しかしほかの参加者もいたため、その場で怒り、場の雰囲気を崩すことは出来ませんでした。川が本当に大好きだったので一言「怖い思いをさせてごめんなさい」という言葉が直接欲しかったです。後水量の規定が超えているのに開催するのは今後、絶対にやめて頂きたいです。
