We depart from a beach near Logasis and head for the mysterious mangroves. You can see various kinds of creatures on the beach and in the mangroves, and if you're lucky, you might encounter sea turtles and sawtooth spiders. Be sure to check out the "Sumi Falls" and "Challenge Tree" recommended by the guide staff! ~Experience flow~9:00 (13:00) Please speak to the staff at the meeting reception (inside Logasis Terrace). Please fill out the application form and consent form. ★Those participating in the afternoon can have lunch from 12:00 before the meeting starts. 9:15 (13:15) Explanation and preparation of equipment The guide staff will explain the precautions to take during the tour. You will also be asked to choose a life jacket and marine boots for rental. 9:30 (13:00) Departure It's finally time to depart! Enjoy the nature of Ishigaki Island while feeling the breeze. 11:30 (15:30) End of the tour The tour ends when you return to the terrace. Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you return. ★Those participating in the morning can have lunch from 12:00.
The kayak tour departs from the beach, a 5-minute walk from Logasis, towards the mangroves. You can see a variety of creatures on the beach and in the mangroves, and if you're lucky, you might even see sea turtles and sawtooth crabs.
When our staff looked into the gap between the small rocks, they found a mysterious waterfall! So we named it "Sumi Falls" after the Okinawan dialect "Sumi" (to peek secretly). Please take this opportunity to take a peek at it!
There are many strangely shaped trees in the mangroves, but this "Challenge Tree" is a must-see! It's a little tall, so it takes courage, but it's just wide enough for two adults to sit on. Maybe if two people sit side by side and take a photo, it will deepen the relationship between them? Please give it a try!
