Chibishi, where the course is held, is located about 12 km west of Naha on the main island of Okinawa (about 30 to 40 minutes by boat from Chatan), and is located on three islands (Nagannu) that belong to Tokashiki Island of the Kerama Islands. Time schedule
Chatan Fisherina gathering and reception On the day of the course, please come to "Chatan Fisherina" by the meeting time, wearing a swimsuit under your clothes and wearing clothes that you don't mind getting wet. If you are coming by car, please use the paid parking lot on the premises. (Free for 2 hours from arrival, 100 yen/60 minutes for 2 hours or more, up to 400 yen for 24 hours) We do not provide a pick-up service, so please meet at the venue. When you arrive at Chatan Fisherina, please go directly to the boat (ship name: Haisai) and the staff will take care of you. We have a dry room, so you can leave your luggage and valuables that you don't want to get wet, but please note that because the ship rocks while sailing, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your luggage, such as cameras or computers. There is a changing room inside "Uminchu Warp". The available hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so if you are participating in the morning course, please change your clothes in advance. For safety reasons, we do not allow you to board the boat with high heels or platform soles, and if the captain deems it dangerous or slippery, please note that you will be asked to board the boat barefoot.
Departure When you are ready, put on your life jacket (wearing a life jacket is required by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and depart for Kerama Chibishi, where you can enjoy Okinawa's sea cruising. The sailing time will vary depending on the sea conditions on the day and the island you are heading to, but please aim for 30 to 40 minutes. If we encounter dolphins or whales while sailing, we may take a detour. For your safety, please follow the instructions of the captain and staff when on board.
Arrive at Kerama Chibishi and start snorkeling & SUP After arriving at Kerama Chibishi, enjoy the Kerama Blue sea to your heart's content. Check the explanations and precautions for snorkeling and SUP points before entering the sea. Please rest assured that your instructor will always be there to support you. We will guide you according to the conditions and guests on the day. We will also take pictures with an underwater camera, so we will give you the photo data free of charge. Of course, you can also relax on the boat without going into the sea. During snorkeling and SUP, we ask that you wear a life jacket or wet suit to ensure buoyancy. Please note that we do not allow snorkeling and SUP wearing only swimsuits for safety reasons. Please note that you are not allowed to land on the island or stand on the coral reef.
Snorkel & SUP finished, Kerama Chibishi departure After snorkeling and SUP, enjoy a 30-40 minute cruise from "Kerama Chibishi" to "Chatan Fisherina". Don't forget to wear a life jacket on your way back. The sea breeze while sailing after swimming is really refreshing. Many people fall asleep due to the rocking of the boat. If you get cold at sea, you can stay comfortable inside the cabin. We do not recommend entering the cabin for those who are prone to seasickness.
Arrival at Chatan Fisherina After arriving at "Chatan Fusharina", please pack your belongings so that you do not forget anything. Please check with the staff in charge of how to receive photos on the day. (Please post a review.) After you disembark from the ship, you may still feel the sensation of being rocked by the waves. Please be careful of your step and don't forget to check your safety.
Dissolution If you are staying at a nearby hotel after the tour ends, please return directly. If you need to change your clothes, please use the hot shower changing room inside Uminchu Warp. The hot shower and changing rooms in Uminchu Warp are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hot showers are available for 200 yen for 5 minutes.
