The strawberry picking house is located in a plateau area at an altitude of 1,000m, so the temperature difference between day and night creates strawberries with a rich flavor. Although the harvest volume is reduced by the time-consuming cold-weather treatment (exposing the strawberries to the cold) and manual thinning, the strawberries are grown with the artisan's skill to produce strawberries with a richer flavor than anything you've ever tasted before.
