Yoga on the sandy beach in front of Kohama Island beach! Transportation is included anywhere on the island and the rental fee for the mat is included, so you can enjoy it in your spare time without bringing anything! Beginners are also welcome to take a class where you can feel the sea breeze and the sound of the waves and relax from the bottom of your heart! You should be addicted to the atmosphere that is completely different from yoga indoors! ~Experience Flow~ (Example) 9:00 Pickup We will pick you up at the designated location. 9:10 Arrive at the beach & start class! Get ready on the beach with a yoga mat and a drink. And class begins! 10:15 Class ends & withdrawal! When the class is over, put away the mats, get in the car and move! 10:30 Dissolution Send to the desired dissolution place and finish!
Guests of all levels can enjoy at their own pace without worrying about others!
On the day of the event, we prepared our own cars and motorcycles to go to the beach... No need for that! You don't have to worry about getting your seat wet or getting sandy as you will be traveling in a guide's shuttle car! Enjoy straight from your hotel or pickup location.
No need to bring a mat when traveling! You can easily participate empty-handed.
