Plan description

Thrilling! This is a beginner's experience course for downhill bikes, where you can ride a mountain bike down the slopes of the mountain. After practicing the basic operation method of mountain biking and how to run the course, you will go down the MTB exclusive course from the top to the foot of Hakuba Iwadake MTB Park. We offer mountain bikes as well as rental of other necessary protectors.

Even if you are new to MTB downhill, you can rest assured with an experienced guide!

Experienced guides give lectures on the basics of MTB. You can challenge without difficulty!

Full-fledged MTB rental and equipment!!

We also rent full suspension bikes that are perfect for downhill riding!! We also have gloves and protectors from major major brands.

Iwatake Mountain Bike Park boasts the longest 7km "Alps Downhill Course" for beginner and intermediate riders in Japan. The Flow Trail is designed so that you can ride slowly and effortlessly, repeating gentle ups and downs instead of just descending steep slopes at once.
