Professional members will explain the basic rules and precautions for diving, how to use equipment, how to enjoy underwater, etc. You may prepare while watching the video. And actually put on the equipment and try underwater! You will be thrilled in the water for the first time, but please be assured that the instructor in charge will always be with you.
