Let's learn a set of movements of our clan's basic sword techniques. Also you learn how to handle a sword and walk and stand properly using a bokken (wooden sword). In the next part, you'll learn to shoot an arrow with a traditional bow. In the final part a thorough explanation of traditional armors,Program1. Opening & wearing a samurai attire2. In a short opening ceremony, we invite you to have quiet time and enjoy the demonstration by our instructor.
Wear our samurai attire and learn dojo etiquette and learn parts of katana and some historical backgrounds.
Learn how to hold a sword properly, how to draw a sword, and essential movements, Then try the traditional archery of the samurai of Kamakura period. The final part is the introduction to Japanese armors.
