Enjoy a luxurious seafood Hoto with plenty of seafood ingredients in a delicious soup full of seafood broth. We will also talk about the history and culture of Hoto, such as how to make it at home and various ways to eat it. There are few places to visit around Lake Kawaguchi when the weather is bad, such as rain, so it's okay! Let's make delicious Hoto in a beautiful large indoor facility and warm up by making and eating it, regardless of the weather. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Reception ② Introduction to Hoto, cooking explanation, changing clothes, hand washing (10 minutes) ③ Hoto hand-made experience (kneading and rolling out flour) (30 to 60 minutes) ④ Making seafood Hoto (adding miso soup and ingredients and simmering) (15 minutes) ⑤ Tasting (40 minutes)
